LPG-centrifugal spray dryer
Principle
After being filtered and heated, fresh air enters into the air distributor which
on the top of the dryer. The hot air enters into the drying room equably in spiral
form. Then it will be rotated and sprayed into extremely fine mist liquid beads
by the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower. Raw material can
be dried to the final products instantly while it contact with the heated air.
Finished products are discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower
and cyclone separator. And the waste air is discharged by blower.
Feature
1, High drying speed. The liquid material, whose surface area enlarged greatly after
being sprayed will be evaporated 95%-98% of water at a moment in the hot air
flow, and the whole process, needs only several seconds. It is quite suitable for
drying heat-sensitive materials.
2, The finished products own good uniformity, mobility, solvent, quality and high
purity.
3, Simple and stable operation, convenient control, easy to achieve automatic operation.
The produce procedure is sample, operational control is easy. It can dry
the liquid which contents 40%-60%of water into powder or granulate products without
smashing or sorting once a time, thus it reduces the produce procedures and
enhances the purity of the products. The diameters of product, looseness and water
contents can be adjusted through changing the operation conditions in a certain
scope, and the control and management are sample.
Three stages of the spray drying
1, atomizing: the liquid material will be dispersed into uniform fog drops by the
atomizer.
2, Content of the hot air with the fog drops:the hot air will enter into the dry
chamber after passing through the hot air distributor to mixes with the fog-drops
fully and moves in a certain rules. (the contact way can be co-current flow, adverse
current or mixed flow.)
3, drying process: the "plastid caloric" transmission process can be strengthened
because of the big surface area of fog-drop and the obvious "grades" in temperature
and humidity between the fog-drops and hot air, and the moisture of fog-drop
is evaporated quickly ( within seconds to tens of seconds).
Application
Foodstuff :amino acid, vitamin, flavoring, protein, dried milk, pig blood powder,
soy powder, coffee, tea powder, glucose, potassium sorbate, pectin, essence, vegetable
juice , yeast, starch etc.
Ceramics: alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, titanium oxide, magnesium titanate,
pottery clay, china clay, all kinds of magnetic porcelain, and metal-oxides etc.
Chemical products: disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalyst, silica white,
detergent powder, zinc sulfate, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium
carbonate, tribasic potassium phosphate, inorganic catalyst, all kinds of waste
liquid etc.
